Mission Statement

The key to the “Fathers Are Important” mission is to raise awareness all over the world. Parental alienation occurs when one parent puts his or her needs and emotions above the child’s best interest. The end result is heartache, disappointment, pain, and a child or children who have quite a damaged relationship with the other parent involved – usually the father. One of the goals of Fathers Are Important is to have a bill to be passed in the State of New York and all across the US to finally put an end to parental alienation.

“A good father is one of the most unsung, unpraised, unnoticed, and yet one of the most valuable assets in our society.”

— Billy Graham
