Privacy Notice

Last updated September 2026. This notice explains what information fathersareimportant.org collects and how it is used. Please contact us with any questions.

What we collect

  • Forms (contact, podcast requests, testimonials): the name, email address and any phone number, Instagram handle, location, message or story you type in. Together with each submission we record the date, your IP address and browser type to prevent abuse.
  • Donations: your name, email address, donation amount and frequency. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
  • Website hosting: the site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard connection logs to deliver and protect the site.

How we use it

Only to respond to you, schedule podcast guests, publish testimonials you have explicitly allowed us to share (first name only), send donation receipts and keep the site secure. We do not sell or rent your information and we do not use advertising trackers.

Where it is stored

Submissions and donation records are stored in a Cloudflare database controlled by Fathers Are Important and accessible only to the organization's administrators.

Third-party content

Pages embed videos from YouTube and link to Instagram; those services apply their own privacy policies when you interact with them.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete anything you have submitted, or to cancel a monthly donation, email info@fathersareimportant.org from the address you used and we will act on it promptly.
